All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 6–8 business days depending on your location.

Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate. During high demand periods, processing times may take the full 3–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control. However, if your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will assist you.
